I haven't heard Adam Chiet's name in a long time! Is he still making figures? Nice Frankie you got, there! I probably still have some of that '97 monster stamp stuff in a box, somewhere.

I actually wasn't familiar with him until I saw this guy on eBay.  I tried to search online and found a Facebook page & a website for the artist.  On the FB page it looked like he was still making detailed monster figures, at least as of a couple years ago.  I hope he is out there still creating & finding happiness in the joy he brings to others.

Well, this came out of nowhere.  Got mine today from fun.com.  doesn't appear to be available elsewhere just yet.  One more for the spooky game shelf.

It's inexpensive, the minis for Leatherface, the Old Man, and the Hitchhiker are big and chunky, the dice are cool, and the art is good.  I look forward to playing it.  I might have to replace my copy later, as my box was kind of bashed up, but it'll do for now.

Because I am a sick person, here's my latest 2 monster games.

This one is an odd one, even for me.  It's a solo Role Playing Game, which is more of a writing exercise than anything.  You follow the prompts and tell the story of your character throughout their centuries long life.  Your character will forget things over the long years, and may pick up recurring foes and things like that.  I never really play RPGs, but I love reading the books for this sort of thing.  And it's a pretty little hardcover, so that's always nice.

Game #2 is a lot more straightforward!  Everyone gets to play as a grim reaper!  There's a deck of something like 70+ Reapers, of which you get to use only a few in a game, all with unique powers and themes.  You move your reaper around the board, looking to reap souls for your harvest.  First reaper to 9 souls wins.  I got the deluxe edition because it had an option for a 5th player, but the playing piece was glow in the dark, and I'm a complete sucker for that kind of thing.

My monster game collection is coming VERY close to the 100 game mark, not including expansions.  Send help. Zombie LOL

Picked up a NECA Phantom and Bride today.  Current again!  At least until Creature and that Big Bride of Frankenstein set hit.

God, they're beautiful.  Elsa with that rust red hair really pops.

My fragile self control largely was able to resist Prime Day sales, but I did get one more monster game:

This is a little 2 Player game that is a tug of war between Dr. Jekyll and his Hyde alter ego for control of his body.  One person plays Jekyll and the other Hyde.  The game consists of a board, a few tokens, a small deck of cards, and a surprisingly  chunky metal pawn to mark where his mind is at on said board, depicting Jekyll on one side and Hyde on the other.  I imagine the metal pawn is why the game retails for $22 normally.  I got it for about 12, so I leapt at the chance.

Look at this art.  How could I possibly resist this?

I'm only human. I didn't have any Jekyll representation in the collection beyond his being in the Cobble & Fog Unmatched set, so I'm happy to rectify that.

Got this cute "mini me" version of the Rubie's Grave Walker. About 12" elbow to elbow. Hollow soft vinyl. You can also hang it on the wall. No markings, but probably made in China.

I wonder if they also made the other monster Grave Walkers?

Pretty crude - might be Mexican.

It's the only one I've seen, but I haven't looked for any others.

Crude? One of the guys selling these is from China, so I guessed that might be the origin. I bought mine from a guy in Philly, cause I don't want to deal with China.

Am I imagining a wolf man one?  I could have sworn there was at least 2 different ones they did.

EDIT:  looks like there's a Wolf Man, Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, Freddy Krueger, Leatherface in the black suit, and remake Leatherface.
