The Future Monsters items are all unlicensed, but I thought they were nice looking (and cheap), so I bought them anyway. The 2 "Keep the Lagoon Clean" items were inspired by this '70s iron-on and it's matching poster.

That's a funny follow up to that original patch, I can see why you were attracted to them.

'Learned about solar powered zombie garden lamps this morning. Some reviews say the solar light is 'woefully dim' and some units are not wired properly from the factory, but still easy to fix and modify. 'Would not be hard to sculpt a better one, or at least just detail paint this guy a bit better...

Picked up Godzilla: Tokyo Clash for my brother yesterday as a late Father's Day gift.  We took it for a spin last night to learn the rules and really enjoyed it.  It's basically a free for all between 2-4 players that does a good job incorporating the ridiculousness of the classic movies.  The game includes Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Mothra, and Megalon. 

The 4 figures are bigger than you usually see in a board game and the sculpts are quite nice.  They have a shade wash applied which s hit or miss but that's pretty easy to clean up if you know how.  The art direction is lovely, also.





He was very excited about Megalon being included, as he's a monster that rarely sees merchandise.

This game would be very easy to do expansion material for, so hopefully we'll see some of that before it's all said and done.

Picked this up today. These are nice editions. I have the Frankenstein, Godzilla, and Godfather special editions also.
