I really like to buy in person because I like to inspect the paint job or cloth stitching very carefully and compare with others before I buy. Sometime the packaging really matters to me (must be pristine) so buying online unless it is unattainable in person fills me with dread.

Very helpful might be a slight exaggeration. I basically said, "look buddy I am dropping two hundred dollars on this stuff order it for me or I will head on over to so and sos." It only took a year for them to figure that out. I wanted them just to order it in the shop so I can swoop in and snatch it off the shelf rather than special order it which I can do from home.  I am all about supporting the local shops if they have something for me to buy there.

So I finally got my Mr Hyde out of the package this morning - holy crap does he stink! No, literally - the plastic stench nearly knocked my out of my chair! Wowza.

Smell aside, the rooftop is pretty damn sweet. Cant wait for my shop to get in the deluxe version. Now I just have to decide if I'm keeping Quasi or returning him and upgrading to the deluxe version. The only difference between the two is the gargoyle, right? Otherwise, the accessories are all the same between the two - scepter and crown?
