Updated Membergroup Badges

Some of you may have noticed after our last big software upgrade that past donator badges went missing as well as a redundant member groups showing - i.e. Sargent SargentMajor, Army General Sargent Major, etc.

I fixed all of that.  :)

New stars and badges will be arriving soon. This will feature more "monstery looking" badges.  This also includes updating the last time a member donates. Stay tuned.
