That's a piece of artwork that was turned in to a piece of tshirt art by Jim peavy, I own the original piece of art and the shirt sample framed.

The book came from a public library sale in Indiana and a friend found it and sent it to me, there is one on ebay right now.

Great finds LFSPaul. I especially like that Creech library book. Those can be difficult to find, and pricey. I'd like to collect that whole set.
