Hi Hepcat- I got the M-1 Reptilicus off e-bay. I paid $67.00 + $8.50 shipping. It's a really nice figure. It comes with a tag that has the lyrics to the  "Tivoli Night " song from the movie. They made a few different color variations of
the figure. There's one with red eyes, and a glow-in the dark version, and an unpainted all green one. I'm glad I finally got one.

The red one looks like a Rat-Bat-Spider-Crab.  It has claws/pinchers.

Red just makes me think of Crab or Lobster - I guess I only ever see them cooked.

You just called it "Rat-Bat-Spider", while Adam added "Crab" to the end. It's identified both ways.
