I got a couple monster items in the mail today.

Sorry for the small pictures, but I don't want to see big pictures turn into repros...

Wonderful. ;D

Wow! That Aurora Monster Colors paint set is among the most sought after monster rarities of them all! Have those paints even been used?

...it was a good day for monsters.

I'll say it was a good day! That's an SPP wall plaque, is it not?

You've been white hot in the last few months when it comes to scoring big time items. Did these last two come from Ebay or were they private sales?

Toy Ranch--- great scores! That photo of the Creature plaque is the nicest photo of it that I've ever seen. I'd love to get one of those but they're usually a little out of my price range, so seeing your great photo is probably as close to one as I'll ever get. So, thanks for posting it, and congratulations.

All I can say is WOW !  Super fantastic.  The Creatures color, is the same shade of envy I'm feeling right now.

What bewilders me is that the artwork on the wall plaques is a really crude variant redrawing of the artwork on the SPP wallets. I don't understand why SPP would not just have reproduced the excellent wallet artwork. Here are some good pictures of the Creature-Wolfman from UMA's own Media Gallery:

These are not flat, they are dimensional.  Think of a globe vs a map that is flattened out and how different they are.  The details had to change for the effect to work.

Here's the back.

And if you display it with the backside facing out the Creature will follow you wherever you go in the room!!!
