Not really monster-related, but I picked up the new "Star Trek" novel in Sydney yesterday - and just discovered that my Andorian alter ego, Therin (from 1980), has once again been saluted. So excited that "Fallen Gods" has a ship named after Shantherin th'Clane (aka Therin), a character first introduced in the pro novel, "Ex Machina" (Christopher L Bennett, 2004) - and namesake of Therin Park (and New Therin Park), now referenced in five other novels!

Yee ha!

Here is the front of a box from the other figures set:

Interesting how the designer lifted the frantic people from Reynold Brown's "Them!" art.

Dr.Terror

I don't usually share weekly  finds, but I'm especially proud of this lot.    I've wanted a Drac mystery game for ages, along with some Jaymar puzzles.  The rest is just icing on the cake.  It is still possible to truly "score" on Ebay.

Great bunch of finds!

That goofy FRANKI game doesn't show up very often.  It looks a lot better in person than it does in auction photos, doesn't it?

I've never been able to figure out just how the game works - I can't read the instructions on the box.

Nice haul.

The bat compartment is on the bottom, 1 AA.     Each time someoen makes him pop is top and makes noises etc...    You turn  the left neck bolt after each time and it changes the location of the Hot Spot  that makes him pop.  The holes on his hair can be a bit hard to fit the pegs into.

Monolith

Dr Terror--- nice scores! I still don't have any of the Jaymar puzzles, have to work on that. Good stuff!

Love the Jaymars. I actually remember seeing those in stores and the cover art offended my esthetic sensibilities, since it's actually "bad". Now I love the hell out of their "badness". Wish I had the set.

Really? As a kid I thought these were the coolest puzzles in existence. Now the Munsters puzzles? Those were bad...Herman looked like Dean Martin!
