I went to an Estate Sale this weekend and found a couple cool things.  I did pass on a 60s Phantom of the Opera costume in the box because it was missing the mask, I probably should have grabbed it but it was still $40.  I did find a couple cool items though..I'd never heard of Kenner Glow Globs (1967) but though they were Monsterish enough.  I also got two 50s Pumpkin Lanterns both working and one original box.  I got a bunch of cool 60s NON monster items that I'll list somewhere else.  Here they are:

I really never see them in many yard sales and even estate sales. I would say that There are always resellers and collectors hoarding them many times over. Even comic books really never found at them hardly ever at all too. I got only got hands on couple comic books from time to time in last couple years and I won't be surprised they really don't worth anything at all.

I know and met a guy before he opened his very own resell shop in my hometown (it got very popular quickly with its own local people but interesting he never forget my face and my name), he actually did complained on how crazy hard to find those old monsters stuff and other halloween stuff. He has to keep prices higher so they can stay on the shelf much more longer before marking them down. He even always go many yard sales and we both bump into each few times so far and he was like "He's everywhere! And we both liked same stuff!" to some people he knows as I walk in and it was funny to me to hear that.

Again, I did met couple resellers over time to time. Even some knows my face very well enough due to fact that I always have very good video games and other old stuff to sell at low prices. Heck I even I bump into a reseller who like hey I bought video games form you and I was like I do know you too.

From time to time people were like "Hey I have been to your yard sales before" and "are you planning to have flea market booth this year". last summer people went crazy trying find my booth until they realized I didn't have a booth due to lack of time.

Still, that makes me feel so different and odd from other people my age because I was born in 1990's (now 21). I mean buying and selling old video games all the to 1970's and some guys look at me went like "you're too young! that is unexpected to me". Again don't get me started on very old movies where my next door people was shocked that I loved films from 1940's to 1980's where she was like "many people your age hated those films."

Every garage sale or yard sale I go to has nothing but crap, crap, and more crap.

I added this little fella to my dungeon for a whopping $3.96. He's great---and glows in the dark. I got him on ebay. Where--despite the item being priced less than a kid's meal at Wendy's---it had 9 watchers. Apparnelty no one else thought the little guy was worth a scant $3.96. He's called a Papo Glow ghost. Traditional ghost figure that glows in the dark for less than $4--sold! Especially since the Marvel universe 3 3/4 figures sell at WalMart for about $6.

So, either people are so cheap now its unreal---or no one has any money for $4 ghosties, lol. But I digress---here he is in all his spooky glory:

Monster Bob

I bought one of these ghosts a couple of years ago at a "teacher" store. The company that made him also made pirates, animals, etc. Four bucks was about the original retail.
