Just a Halloween g uy in a normal world...

Fester

Why merely shoot yourself halfway in the foot?
They should have just gone ahead and cast Callista Flockhart or Jennifer Love Hewitt.

At least their cheekbones match. 8)

By the way, they already have the theme song to this series, and are reusing the tune from the "Patty Duke Show" theme.

There's Norman who runs a small motel
He's normal far as we can tell.
But mother tends to scream and yell
Says women send you straight to hell....

It's insanity.

We're talking Psycho,
homicidal maniac all the way.
One enchilada short of
a combination plate.

Norman stuffs birds as a hobby
He'll feed you if you get hungrey.
But take a shower mother might
stab you with a kitchen knife.

What a crazy pair.

We're talking Psycho
Homicidal maniac all the way.
He wears a wig he wears a dress
I think we're talking Oedipus.

You can lose your life
When a Psycho is two of a kind.
What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

Art Clokey, at best.
Hey, how about making the new Psycho series a claymation show, directed by Art Clokey?  They can even build the Psycho house set using legos.

Great idea, except Clokey died two years ago.

general gruesome

They need to exterminate this crap fest, a prequel TV show doesn't sound good. Also, didn't they already do that in the fourth film?

Yes, they pointed that out at the very end of the article. "Psycho IV: The Beginning," with Olivia Hussey as Norma Bates and Henry Thomas as Young Norman. Always thought it was odd that they had Mr. Bates stung to death by bees, when "Psycho III" stated he'd been murdered by Norma's insane sister, Emma Spool, who later posed as Norman's "real mother."

I understand Anthony Perkins was unhappy with  "Psycho 3", and so there is really a lack of continuity between 2 & 3 and the forth entry.  Basically 2 and 3 were ignored when it came to 4.  Certainly, Norman is older when he killed his mother, than he was in Psycho 2 (Flashback in a reflection as the adult Norman looks at a door in the old house).
