* Really dig this debut record. Total spaze metal. Kind of a cross between Dillinger Escape Plan and early Slipknot.

Deafheaven: Ordinary Human Corrupt Love
*new record from Deafheaven. I've been promoting these guys on UMA for a while. Really like this new record. Some chill stuff on here---straight shoegaze with clean vocals. But there's still some brutal metal content too.

Ritual Howls: Turkish Leather
*real old school, dark wave 80s vibe to this band. Kind of cross between Bauhaus and Joy Division. Really like this band.

The last concert I ever went to was Supposed to have been " Godflesh and Skinny Puppy back in 91'
Well Skippy Puppy put on a hell of a show ,close to 2.5 hrs because Godflesh did not show up. And drug addicts that they were and in a 100 degree little music hall that held MAYBE 700-800 and gave  one of the greatest NON metal shows I have ever see.

So here is the band that I wanted to see REALLY bad and still love this stuff.
