Wicked Lester

Night Fright 1967
John Agar stars as a local sheriff. A space experiment on animals goes bad when the ship crashes and unleashes a creature that is a cross between an ape/sasquatch with 3 toed feet and a Klingon looking head. Agar has to save the day as the monster runs around the woods killing 30 Y.O teenagers. ;)
Tolerable for a bad film but the print was not that good and lighting/especially the night scenes sucked.

Wicked Lester

I'm on a roll here thanks to the hot humid weather I despise so much.
Terror at Red Wolf Inn. 1972
College girls receive a free stay at an old inn run by an elderly couple and their strange grandson.
The avg stay is a couple weeks. On the day before each girl is to leave they have a big party with all kinds of food and drink,to fatten them up.. This has the look and feel of a 70s TV movie except for the cannibalism slant.
Worth a view.

- The Mummy's Ghost

- Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman
"For one who has lived but a single lifetime, you are a wise man ...Van Helsing."
"I shall awaken memories of love and crime and death..."

Wicked Lester

Warriors of the Wasteland AKA The New Barbarians. Italian Mad Max wannabe stars Fred Williamson and features Giovanni Frezna  (The kid from House By The Cemetery).
Lots of explosions violence and cheesy looking vehicles as post apocalyptic clans fight each other for survival. Worth a view.

Scatter

The Unborn.........it shoulda stayed unborn.
We're all here because we're not all there.

When people post here how about more than a 5 or 10 second tappity tap. Movie/year.

- The Return of Count Yorga

Love the Count Yorga movies. Also has a great opening scene in a graveyard, much like FMTWM.
"For one who has lived but a single lifetime, you are a wise man ...Van Helsing."
"I shall awaken memories of love and crime and death..."

Zage the winged werewolf

I am my own legend. :D

Giant mutated beetles attack city and cocoon everybody, slacker wakes up frees some people.
They band together to escape the beetles, most get killed, and then they have a "final" confrontation with the beetles.
Oh yeh, there are Hybrid Beetles too, Torso of people  and spider looking legs sprout from their bodies.
Not bad of a movie, check it out if ya like Bug Gore. ;D

Phantom Stranger

'A Haunting in Connecticut'

Better than expected ghost story. Based loosely on true events. I enjoyed it.

"Friday The 13th" (2009)

Exactly as expected. I got a few laughs out of it, but nothing more.

"The Fog" (1980)

One of my favorite John Carpenter films.

"The Fog" (2005)

I don't know why everyone hated this remake. It's not that bad. Not as good as the original, but as far as remakes go, it was all right

- Vampire In Brooklyn

Angela Bassett makes my top 5 sexiest female vampires. Pretty good movie.

Hey CF, it's more of a horror comedy with a nod to the Blacula films updated for the 90's. It was also my first time seeing it as well. Overall, it works.

And yes, Angela Bassett is FINE!  (Where are the movie roles for her??? She's a great actress as well)

Dr.Teufel Geist

Eddie Murphy as a Vampire is almost as bad as PeeWee Herman as a Vampire.
They are both a pain in the neck ;D
