I still enjoy H20, despite the sin of the CG mask in that one scene and their overwriting the Jamie Lloyd stuff.

31 in 31 #16:  Freaky (2020).  The Freaky Friday inspired slasher where the final girl switches bodies with the Blissfield Butcher when he attacks her with a magic dagger.

It was fine.  Some solid kills, especially when the Butcher is getting to strut his stuff at the beginning.  His design is kind of boring though.  Just a semi grubbier than usual Vince Vaughn in a crude mask.  He doesn't really have a signature weapon.  He uses whatever is at hand, so things can get pretty creative.

I don't know if I'm gonna watch too many more super new movies for this challenge.  The next few might just be me working my way through my unfinished Universal boxed sets.  We'll see where the mood takes me.

The Masked Man

I just finished watching "The Car"... last night

I forgot to post how my niece enjoyed my next selection of movies for her.,

She really enjoyed both of them but I think her favorites was... The Ghost and Mr. Chicken and The Monster Squad!

But she wants to up the ante she's been reading Stephen King Carrie....

So I suggested that she watch Christine...

What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

31 in 31 #17:  Maniac Cop

I might need to watch the second one as that one gets all the merch.  We'll see.  I'm on a tear with slashers right now.  Exploring the ones that I haven't seen.  I just found out Tubi has Peeping Tom, so that's gonna get watched tomorrow.  The original Maniac and The Prowler are on the short list also.  I'm gonna get caught up, damn it!

Hepcat

Wolf-Man with my nephew tonight.  He doesn't enjoy black and white stuff, though.

31 in 31 #18:  Peeping Tom

I'd been wanting to watch this one for a while.  It's hard to find.  Found out Tubi had it though.  Hope someone puts a nice edition back out there at some point.  Criterion did a DVD but never did a Blu Ray.

Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992)
Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1994)

Lazarus

31 in 31 #19:  Five Nights at Freddy's

This was our Halloween movie this year for my nephew.  He's 9 and a big fan of the games.  It's not great.  But the animatronics are well done.  But that's to be expected from Henson.

Lunkenstein

The Black Sleep (1956)

Attack of the Crab Monsters (1957)
