"The Omen" (remake) - Nowhere near as good as the original, but not bad.

Good call, jimm. It's the quintessential '70s drive-in flick.

A worthy sequel

Good call guys, love that movie. This is rare exception where I think Hollywood could make a worthwhile remake.

The Dunwich Horror(1970)
Scream & Scream Again(1969)
Berserk(1968)
Book Of Eli(2010)

I'm embarrassed to say I've never seen "The Dunwich Horror." I hear good things, is this mandatory viewing?

I wouldn't call it "mandatory".  It's certainly worth seeing.

Just make sure it's the 1970 version and not the terrible remake from a few years ago, with Jeffrey Combs and Dean Stockwell. That thing would gag a maggot!

Not mandatory, but fun AIP '70s horror cheeze. Dean Stockwell is good in it, but is not a proper Wilbur Whateley. In fact, it isn't an accurate Lovecraft adaptation at all, accurate like the flicks by the HPLHS guys. It is a good example of '70s horror when a bit of nudity was beginning to be expected by the drive-in/grindhouse crowd. Sandra Dee is good to look at but is no master thespian by any means... and that's thespian I say (if it were an average Eurohorror flick from that time she would have probably played a role that sounds like thespian  >:D). Although, she did partake in the nekidity a bit. The Haunted Palace (1963) is a much better AIP HPL adaptation, and that was billed as a Poe. Anywho, check out The Dunwich Horror. I bet you'll enjoy it.

ALWAYS MONSTERING...

Mord

The Babysitter - Like a lower rent House of the Devil with Bill Mosely

Pauspy

Target Earth and The Black Scorpion-a Richard Denning double-feature!
Supernatural, perhaps; baloney, perhaps not.

Mord

Wrong Turn 6 - Have NO idea why I rented this. Had the day off, was bored...this didn't help.

 The Invisible Man's Revenge (1944)
Invisible Agent (1942)

Enjoyed both of these also...love when my favorites show up in films like Peter Lorre and John Carradine

Fright Night (1985)

Like revisiting an old friend

Devil Hunter (1980)

Enjoyably crappy Jess Franco cannibal flick with Ursula Buchfellner (Bucknekkid  >:D) flouncing about in the nude through most of it. Pretty fun.
