Man of Steel-Well, as I feared this wasn't quite Superman!  Apparently in order to make the character appeal to a wider audience it can't really resemble the classic lore as it was established.  By no means am I saying that it wasn't a good movie though, I did enjoy it quite a bit.  And by the latter half of the movie it does come to feel like a Superman film....but then there are still little things that remind you that this isn't your father's Superman (or your classic Superman as the case may be).....it is definitely a tweaked version of the character/mythos!

I thought the destruction during the film went way over the top, they could have done 10% of that and gotten the point across (but they obviously sought to top the Avengers alien invasion damage)....I swear that Godzilla did less damage to Japan than what happened during the course of this film.

Ok, with all that said, I'll probably buy this and enjoy it for what it is-A Superman for a new generation!

I guess I am lucky? Mostly, I locate/purchase VHS, from various shoppes. The places I buy from have a plethora of VHS. and Laser disc. A lot of the VHS titles have completely different names.  Which is sometimes confusing.
