Frailty - Enjoyed it very much. Normally not a McConaughey fan. But he was good in this movie.

Quote from Wicked Lester: I've seen that or 4 or 5 times on DVD and always find it a bit disturbing. Which is probly why I've seen it 4 or 5 times. Wink

This is one of the reasons I love this board. I never heard of this movie, must have slipped through the cracks, so I rented it and thought it was a pretty good movie. Definitely worth watching.

The Final Destination: Pc of Garbage of a movie.

- Blood Freak  (The Bone Jangler)

A WTF kind of movie. Strange.

Aside from the movie, I definitely enjoyed The Bone Jangler's Thanksgiving show.
"For one who has lived but a single lifetime, you are a wise man ...Van Helsing."
"I shall awaken memories of love and crime and death..."

The Creeper

Long live the UMA!

Gwynplaine

The silent "classic" 'The Call of Cthulhu' (2005) as done by the HPLHS -
In my opinion, this is one of the few Lovecraft story to film adaptations that remain true to the source material...
If you haven't seen it yet, (and enjoy silent movies) I would highly recommend it.

I also watched the wonderful 'Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde' (1931) because I just can't get enough of March in the role -
This is by far my favorite version of this story, with Barrymore's coming a VERY close 2nd...

Millennium "Midnight of the Century" If you haven't watched Millennium before and you get the chance. This episode is a great example and quality this series has.
"This Is Who We are"
"Soylent Green is People"

"Some folks like water, Some folks like wine, But I like a taste, Of straight strychnine."

"This Is Who We are"

Unknown Primate

PREMONITION (2005)   A Japanese psychological thriller.  Well done & a little disturbing.
" Perhaps he dimly wonders why, there is no other such as I. "

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: A new beginning, The Gate,
Kingdom of the Spiders
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Kingdom of the Spiders I saw this when I was a kid. I guess I didn't think much of it. Because this is the first time I think I've seen it since then I think. It's not bad. It kinda plays like a made for TV movie. Yes I like the ending. That's all I'll say about the ending because I don't want tot give it away.

Wicked Lester

Original Outer Limits - The Zanti Misfits. Haven't seen this in over 20 years. First saw it as a real little kid in our basement in the near dark. Scared the crap outta me then. Our basement stairs had a turn in them and I was sure that those evil ant guys would be waiting for me.
Now it's just a fun Sci-Fi show with almost laughable creatures.

Dracula Has Risen From The Grave

Where does this one fall in the Hammer Dracula series?
You knew the job was dangerous when you took it, Fred.

I believe that's the fourth Hammer Dracula film. Third, if you don't count "Brides of Dracula", which technically is part of the series but doesn't actually have Dracula in it.
