Now that sounds like a movie I want to see!
Mad Dr of Market St 1942 one of the few Universal Horrors I have never seen. I enjoyed Lionel Atwill as always but the jungle setting kind of killed the gothic feel of a Universal mad scientist flick for me.

DrBo

The Gate (1987)
and
Freaks (1932)

Never had seen Freaks so far, quite a potent one even if I knew much of the story and seen pic of it all these years being a monster kid.

Not as great as it sounds. They didn't take full advantage of the R rating, if you know what I mean.

Ghost Galleon ('73) (aka, Horror Of The Zombies when released to the States)

3rd in the Blind Dead series by Amando de Ossorio. This film caught a lot of crapola for the cheap miniature work at the end among other things, but I love it. It was picked up by Independent International and released in the U.S. as Horror Of The Zombies, which is a generic lackluster title compared to Ghost Galleon. Thanks for more BS there Sam Sherman. I recommend getting the coffin box set of all four of the Blind Dead films on DVD released by Blue Underground if you like Eurohorror. It also has a cool booklet and a fifth disc with Ossorio documentary and interview. Look for The Blind Dead Collection.

This flick always reminds me of the MPC Haunted Hulk. While watching it I thought I caught a glimpse of some eerie fog, and heard the chanting of those damned undead Knights Templar coming from my MPC toy shelf... Zombie Cool
ALWAYS MONSTERING...
