Irwin Allen's The Lost World. Yea, it's bad, but I needed some nostalgia (saw it first run when I was a pup).

The Swamp Of The Ravens (1974)

A Spanish/American co production shot in Spain. This movie is very dark and pretty awesome. Stuart Gordon must have loved it because he used several bits from it for Re-animator, and he used the "two possibilities" line as an obsession for the main character in Dagon. It involves real autopsy, reanimation, necrophilia, a swamp full of corpses and vultures, and the undead. The main character is more like a serial killer than just a mad doctor. His name is Dr. Frosta, and he would scare the sh*t out of Herbert West. The actor who plays the sheriff is very cool. He was also in Return Of The Evil Dead (the 2nd Blind Dead movie) and Demon Witch Child. I think his name is Fernando Sancho. If you like gritty Eurohorror then check it out. It's on DVD on a double feature with The Thirsty Dead from Something Weird.

Real good film. I have this DVD from Something Weird Video.

Nailbiter (2013)-Had high hopes for this low budgetveffort but in the end I just can't recommend it!  Decent concept; family seeks shelter from a tornado and ends up being trapped/held in the basement along with something far worse than the tornados and bad weather outside!  Didn't like the direction that the whole thing took and it just seemed like a jumbled mess!  Without revealing to much, I'm still not sure exactly what they were supposed to be up against!?
