Just bought bootlegs of THE SPIDER WOMAN STRIKES BACK and THE CAT CREEPS and watched them this afternoon.

I had never seen either and wasn't expecting much. Just completing my Universal collection.

THE CAT CREEPS wasn't bad, for that type of "B" mystery. Typical annoying reporter "hero", but a good cast of familiar faces.

SPIDER WOMAN was pretty disappointing, though. No surprises and a dopey ending.

It's gonna be hard to pay 20 bucks for each of these, if they ever get the "Vault" treatment!

I'm glad you got them, Mike. I liked SPIDER WOMAN more than CAT CREEPS, though. I thought CAT was as dull as it's co-feature, SHE-WOLF OF LONDON for me. Still, it's good to have them in some format for collecting sake.

Enjoyed the first one....a ton!  This installment: meh.  Too many problems with the story and the "fun" seemed to be missing.
