...or at least it's expected to! You see, today is TERRY INGRAM's BIRTHDAY! The 5 star (like a pentagram) Universal Monster Army general is now SO OLD that he isn't expected to hang on for long!  ;) His bargain with Mr. Scratch is now so far back in recorded history that surely the underworld (and I don't mean the Mob) is preparing his rooms in preparation for his retirement from his duties above ground!
