Dr. Madd

As promised with no further adieu, the Yeti Slingapult.

Above is the device in its dismantled state.

A detail of the handle's yeti motif.

The throwing arm of the slingapult. Made from a wooden spoon, but carved to resemble a Yeti's outstretched hand. That is white fur around the arm.

The back of the handle, with its icicle motif and the name "Yeti" painted on it.

The completed weapon. You are facing the front. The arm's advanced is stopped by the forks of the handle assembly. Those blue rubber bands- I think like four or five of them, is held in torque by the arm's pressure on the handle-frame. To fire it, aim it, pull the bucket down, load, and release. Range varies. A good launch will be about forty feet.

My hand holding it.

I also make note here that this piece will soon find a home with another of our members.

Wait, what? Scatter parted with some of his beloved stockpile and allowed you to make molds?
