My daughter's boyfriend is crazy about Zombies, so I made this for him yesterday - it's his Christmas present from me.  Used Super Sculpey and went with a cartoony look (as usual).  He loved it, btw!

THE ZOMBIE stands about 5 & a half inches tall.

The same day, I finished up this BIGFOOT for my father-in-law.  30 years ago, he swears he heard a Bigfoot screaming outside his camper while deer hunting in Brown County, Indiana!  This is about 6 and a half inches tall.  I'm surprising him with it on Tuesday.  The lighting was kinda off on these pics.

Some Homemade Hairy Hominids...


Left to right:  clay, sculpey, clay.


Left to right:  Dollar General 5 dollar soldier figure transformed via sculpey, padding & fake fur.  The next guy is a mishmash (due to screwing up several times!) of clay, sculpey & epoxy putty.  The next two are sculpey.


This is a close-up of the two above.  The one on the right, I feel is my best as far as details on a small figure - he's a Skunk Ape and I'm making a diorama for him.


It's fun messing around and learning more about sculpting.  I'm gonna keep working on this stuff - had a few offers on them, so, who knows?      Thanks for looking, gang!

Those are awesome UP! With the one made using an action figure, how did you bake the sculpey on the figure? I ask because I have been considering something along those lines but am not sure how to handle the sculpey additions.
