I had the cards but never knew there was models or even artwork for sale. sheltered I guess. It is great to see this kinda stuff later in life now that I can afford it.

Hey HepCat, thanks for turning me onto this thread and  the  first one  too.   I too also had the pinball game, but mine got lost somewheres in  storage..    That  kit  with the  3 in  1 box  Wierd-ohs was just on  ebay.

Those are the finest writing slates available. You can't write on them until you remove the protective packaging, though. And they only cost you twenty-nine cents each. Great find!

It's all about the Horror.

Not that close. I need the Daddy Magic Slate. I don't have any of the SPP binders.

Nor do I have any of the Marx figures although these are a lower priority. I was never previously into figures but the MPC Pop-Tops and various Marx figures now call to me strongly. For this I blame you other fellows for infecting me with your enthusiasm.

;)

And related to the Weird-Ohs I still need a Totally Fab! Frantic model kit (original only of course).

:)

Beautiful paint set, Isn't there more coolness on the end flaps?

Hepcat

No, not really that much. Here are some more pics I just took today though:

The bottom three kind of suck I know.

Are the paints still in liquid form?

jimm

Now THAT would be impressive....I mean impessiver.....

No. I see no hint of liquid movement within the paint bottles when I turn this Pactra set, or any of my other three vintage ones, around and about. The paint appears to have congealed inside the bottle. I suppose I could do a better check by opening the box and then a few of the paint jars, but I'm not going to do that.

I have a few small jars of vintage Testors Big Daddy Roth paint and the paint pigment has separated out from the thinner in those. I suppose they could be mixed together again with a brush but I'm going to leave those little bottles unopened.

Nah, why bother it's original state, so many nice new paints to use if your gonna build something...heck you could bring one to a paint shop and have them match the colors! That would be something to have a Wierd-Oh kit built in original colors!
