My book about Forry Ackerman, "Forry: The Life of Forrest J Ackerman" is available now from McFarland & Company, Inc., Publishers (I got the letter advising same from the company president two days ago!)!!!

It's a handsome hardcover book that resembles a classic monster magazine.  (I like the little touch they gave it, "Famous Monster # 1") in the upper left corner.)

I think you will like it; at least, I hope you will.    It is the product of decades of knowing 4E, and from reading most of his many books, seeing most of his film appearances, getting hundreds of letters from him, articles by and about him, taped interviews with him by others, etc.  Some rare photos you may never have seen before.  I intended it to be not only a valuable reference work but also a loving tribute to the Sci-Fi Guy from those who are, like me, and I think you too, huge admirers and close friends.
