Mutated Skeleton

Got a few more before the week is out, one of my creepier pick ups of late, a vintage Heico West German troll bobblehead, dated 1960's?  It looks like it would fit in perfectly at Franenstein's castle.

Also got a trio of 1984 Imperial branded "Dragons, Knights and Daggers" rhino beasts.. I have over a dozen various colors of the Sabretooth Dragon creatures from this line, these are a lot of fun to collect.

Earth 2 Chris

Quote from: darkmonkeygod on April 29, 2026, 12:18:26 PMWhile I participated when other kids decided to destroy stuff they either wouldn't sell to me or that I didn't want to buy, I never turned any menace on my own stuff, fortunately. Yeah, a few toys broke from play, but I've always been a collector.

I did succumb to a few moments like that. My worst was deciding to destroy my Kenner Super Powers Golden Pharoah figure with M-80 firecrackers, egged on by my friends. I chose him because he was a lame made-up character and not a real DC comic hero or villain. Now he's the second most valuable figure in the regular line, after Cyborg!!!

Thats collector mentality for you.    Like Star Wars "Yakface". Golden Paraoh  was an objectively lame figure at the time kids didnt want.....yet years later they become "grails" to collectors.   More desirable than the figures kids actually liked.   Thats losing the plot IMO and just collecting rare for the sake of it.
Morning, noon, or night, Anytime . . . . the count may strike. If you're caught you have to linger, Cause Dracula may bite your finger!

Those are pics from the seller so I'll be able to tell you in a few days when it arrives. Here's another unusual rare find. I've seen these old monster rings around but never in package.

On the bright side, you probably would have sold it off years before it reached a hundred let alone 3 or 4 hundred.

#7403

Found a beautifully mint display card of a vintage "Ghost Club" monster lapel pin assortment that appears complete. This is hands down one of the weirdest and more interesting things going on my shelf.

Also recently picked up two of these unusual monster masks..

And this...

Ages 5 - 10 is weirdly specific, hahah. Someone in marketing suggested that 11 year olds were too grown up for monster cards.
