I saw both of those at a Saturday matinee when I was a kid. Great memories. I will be adding this to my collection too.

In addition to ordering the
Crawling Hand/Slime People blu-ray,
I just ordered this for my Saturday Matinee memories. Saw all of them back in the '60s on those glorious Saturdays at a local theater.

Plus, I had the magazine of Horror of Party Beach

Also, I wanted to add Nightwing (1979) to my collection. I watched it yesterday on Tubi and in looked great in HD.

Good stuff!  :)

Was KotS the one that reuses a couple of Jerry Goldsmith's TZ TV scores?

Speaking of reused music, I was watching Curtis Harrington's "Games", the other day, and during one of the "games" they play a record of spooky organ music (to set the mood) and it's the organ music from "The Ghost and Mr. Chicken"! (Both Universal movies.) Kind of a fun little surprise!  :)

Yes! As I was checking it out, I noticed the the music right away and watching the commentary, Igo Kantor refers to the scores when they are being used.

Earth 2 Chris

Man, I wish the werewolf in Silver Bullet actually looked like that, and not a guy in a bear costume. I love that movie otherwise, but the creature reveal is such a letdown. The werewolves in the church dream sequence look great!

Working on the Amicus collection. Only "Madhouse" to go and Eureka is releasing it next month.

See on the Humanoids release above how it says '4K ULTRA HD + BLU-RAY'?
When I see that, I've been assuming you get a 4K and Blu-ray copy of the film. That's how I ordered The Curse of Frankenstein. I found when it arrived, it was 2 4K discs (US and UK) releases) and the 3rd disc was a Blu-ray, but with just the extras. Only having a Blu-ray player, I had to return it and order the Blu-ray release above (which had been temporarily unavailable when I ordered the 4K). What I'm saying is that labeling can be a bit misleading on these releases.

Very true! That's when I ordered the CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN blu ray above, I checked it out and made sure that it was for regular players and discovered that all three discs were indeed, blu ray and not 4K like the previous release had been. This is a very recent release and has different extras and features from the Hammer 4k issue a few months back.

The copy I received was well worth it(on sale for $14.00) and had three different copes of the film, plus extras..I almost ordered the version you described by mistake, bit then read the fine print on the contents of the package and knew it wasnt for me.

Also, yes, the HUMANOIDS release had both the 4K and blu discs as you sited.
