What Is This Frankenstein Head??

Does anyone know the origins of this Frankenstein's Monster Head? I bought this a few months ago at a toy show and the seller didn't know anything about it. Thanks for any help! I've tried google lensing this and haven't had any luck.

Yeah, I guess it's a bust, but, whatever.

Is this heavy? If so, it looks exactly like the HomeGoods Frankenstein bust they came out with recently (the latest one, like from 2025). Someone must have painted it, as the standard release is solid gray.
