Valerie Perrine

^ All through the 1970s, I kept a picture of her on the wall
of my collection room. She first entered my consciousness
with her precedent-setting nude scene on TV's "Steambath"
which we actually watched in high school English class.
Our teacher may have caught some heat over it afterwards.

I got to meet her in person at a 2015 convention and scored
an autograph in the bargain. It must have been one of her
final public appearances. She was already getting shakey
pretty bad by then.
