Hah! The entire line is licensed from Universal, but that's the only monster, at least so far (I count Chucky and Michael Myers as "horror", even if Universal is now attempting to lump all of them together). It's a goofy and cheap carry-on in the tradition of M&W's Monster-Niks of the middle 60's and Galoob's unlicensed 90's line. If they make a Creature and I can get it for $5, I'll buy it.

Got the "Chase" (B/W variant) of the Pix! "Gill-Man" I paid double the blind box price, but only half what some eBay sellers are asking. I know I'll never get the Super Chase variant. c'est la vie (Come on, say it!)
