Saw this interesting "Metal Yard Stake" by RUZ on eBay.  Seller listed it as a 1990's item...

Seller is full of sh*t. These too were available last year and perhaps the year before at Home Depot.

I didn't THINK that they were from the 90's.  I was just repeating what the lister said.  They are brand new and he has 4 of them.  Besides the tag price is higher than the Ground Breakers. currently in stores.

I just got mine.

I passed on it earlier, but when I saw your picture I figured the sculpt was pretty good.  Spirit had a 20% off price or $20 off shipping coupon.  Shipping was $20 so I got it shipped free - same as buying one at the store.

Not bad for $46.

Yeah, it's a pretty good deal for that price. Does yours have glue all over the bottom?

I ordered one of the Bride/Frank electric heart statues a couple of days ago along with the cool Romita Spider-Man LED light-up head they have on their website. I should get them early this week.

No.  It has some sort of felt covering and 4 thicker felt pads.

Maybe your felt was pulled off, leaving the adhesive behind.

Mine has the 4 pads but there are swirls of what looks and smells like Elmers glue on the bottom of the base. The pads act as risers so the glue won't touch anything but it is strange.

Mine has both the overall dark, spongy rubber or felt covering PLUS the thicker felt pads.

No swirls or bare bottom.

The Brookfield Zoo is issuing another 5½" Mold-A-Rama Standing Frankenstein figures for 2025.

Unfortunately, this year's edition of the standing Frankenstein's monster is the same shade of Kelly Green that they had at the Museum of Science of Industry about three years back.  Since color is the only difference in these (No location name or date) there is little point to buying another.

I have a few Mold-A-Rama pieces but never bought the standing Frank until now. Hard to believe some of the eBay prices for these things.
