I got a few monster items recently

The Crypt Club box set.

And from Santa, the Neca Christopher Lee Dracula and Vincent Price.

A couple months back the Official Universal Monsters Instagram account contacted me and told me they wanted to send me a poster for being "a true monster fan". Not sure why they picked me but I sent them my address and a month later this arrived. The artwork is by Maxxer and it's hand signed by him.

It's the G-I-T-D Ben Cooper costumed Creature from NECA.



I like the way they copied the "costume size" like on the old BC boxes.    A little blurry, but it says "Creature Size 5.5"

I had originally planned on opening all of mine when they came in-- then I took one look at the box and decided its as good as the figure.

Nice thing about those kinds of boxes is, you can take them out and put them back in. I'm going to display mine in the box, too.

Received a copy of Famous Monsters 22 in the mail yesterday. This issue holds some special memories. Back in the 60's I liked the cover so much that I tore it off the magazine and taped it to the side of a television cabinet! I had a reading chair located there and would read my comics and monster mags in the presence of that glaring red, Bella Lugosi cover. In only took some 50 years, but I finally bought another copy!
