My dear wife, Patti passed away on October 22, 2024. Needless to say my life's been a nightmare. We had just celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary in September. My soulmate had been dealing with so many health problems the last few years and is now out of terrible pain. Our adult kids and I are a very close family and we're supporting each other with this intense grief that we all have to go through. Obviously, this is why I haven't been on the forum lately. I truly believe I will be reunited with her one day. But in the meantime, I know she wants me to go on and I have the greatest support system with my kids, their spouses and 2 grandkids. I've been treating myself to buying Blu-rays and CDs which are a comfort. So many, I don't know how I can list them lately but I'll try, lol. Thanks for listening guys.

How awful ... and at such a time of year.  :(
You're blessed with a loving family to see you through.
For now, keep your eyes heavenward this holiday season.
Patti's star will be there twinkling for you.

It must be devastating to lose someone you shared your life with for so long.  I can't imagine.

I hope you buy some comedies that you remember her laughing at.  Remember her joy as you view them again.
