Tuesday night at 9:30 I got a text from UPS that I have a package inbound from Rubies Costume (NECA) and today a message that it will be delivered tomorrow.

No shipping notices from NECA, and my recent orders still show Unfulfilled,  but from looking at the package details on UPS, I'm guessing it's the Glow Invisible Man and Glow Ben Cooper Skeleton.

For any interested, a fun and quick interview on 13th Dimension by Dan Greenfield with Randy Falk, NECA VP & General Manager of Product Development focusing on the recently unveiled Ben Cooper Costumed Kids wave 5, DC Heroes, but covering the whole line in eluding Randy divulging he's loosely mapped 13 waves and that wave 6 will be a return to the likes of wave 1 & 2 and feature some "heavy hitters". Can the Wolf Man be far off? Likely not, but... which version?!?

It could mean that they are all in individual boxes, rather than one big box. Anyway, there are no prices for just one fig.

Perhaps, but probably not until they are ready to ship to home. You've been at this long enough to know retailers aren't going to reveal any of that upfront. They literally bank on collectors' fear of missing out. Other than it simply may not be worth your time, efforts, or interest, I would think that securing a set via pre-order and then just dumping what you don't want on eBay the minute they arrive would likely pay for itself and even leave you with a no-cost Creature.

Well, never mind the idea of pre-ordering from NECA and selling what you don't want, the pre-order is now sold out. If interested, I'd watch EE, BBTS, and Amok Time for pre-orders, I believe BBTS in particular has offered individual characters. And NECA themselves will likely offer them once in stock, with the warning that any such window is almost assured to be very brief.

While its awesome to see NECA continue to thrive (even if these, TMNT, and others aren't my wheelhouse), I am just about ready to start contemplating turning into the ghost of Nicholas Medina if they don't get their Ultimate Vincent Price out to us soon.
