Didn't know they came in so many colors!  All I ever see is orange.

I found the new wave of NECA Ben Cooper kids at Target (Betelgeuse, Xenomorph, Gizmo, and Stripe).  Snapped them right up.  They also had the new Christmas Chucky figure but that will have to wait a while.

Well, my storage unit flooded during the hurricane.  Unfortunately the only thing that was damaged was my horror movie collection, which was largely waterlogged.  So I'm kind of bummed out while I deal with that.  I bought myself some spooky games to make me feel a little less sad about the situation.

Oh!  And I got a little wind up Cousin Itt from Burger King.

Sorry to hear about the damage to your storage unit. I always wonder how many cool collectibles and pieces of art get wiped out during these big storms. Insurance is nice but can never bring back some of these one-of-a-kind pieces. Sometimes it's more than just "stuff".

I appreciate the condolences.  The important thing is I still should have the movies.  But losing some of those awesome box set packages still sucks.  Especially my F13 and UM sets.  I also had to toss my UM Alex Ross steelbooks because they started rusting already, which is crazy.  I had them drying but I guess the water between the plastic inner case and the steel shell didn't have anywhere to get out.  It's for the best.  Steelbooks are stupid.  I just really loved that Ross art.

I found some UM bookmarks at Barnes & Noble today.  That was a surprise.  It's the generic non likeness art, but I'll take a Dracula and Bride bookmark any day.  They were on a display near checkout.  They had an Exorcist one and another non UM one that I can't remember right now, but just the two monsters.

I also got a Sam from Trick r' Treat for my Toony Terrors collection.  Never more appropriate time of year to add the spirit of Halloween to the collection.  They did have the new Silver Screen figures for Toony Vincent Price and Nosferatu, and the Male Alien from They Live.  No sign of Vampira, though.  Nosferatu is a little different which is interesting.  His eyes are positioned differently and his hands are posed down instead of outwards in the package, to better match the shot of him coming through the doorway.

Glow Invisible Man arrived.  He's lovely.  Just gotta wait for that Bride to be offered, now.

Eerie Adventures 1 arrived in the mail! I'd been looking for a copy on EBay for quite some time. What was available were CGC copies in the 1 or 1.8 range. Finally an affordable non sealed copy ( in decent shape too) became available. I snatched it up! I really love the Death v. Maiden chess cover.

Hot Topic had a cool mug of the Jack o lantern from Halloween on sale for like $7, so I nabbed it.

And what's cool is that there's a story in the issue similar to the art. The story substitutes a man for the woman on the cover, but features a game of chess against death. Often times we get great cover art on those 50's classics, but no matching story inside.

And we know why there was a woman was on the cover.  ;D

Got Frankenstein #3 from the comic shop, and they had a Svengoolie 45th anniversary comic, so I got one of those also, even though we don't get him here so I've never watched it.
