I also have the Synapse Blu-Ray.  I haven't gotten around to buying the other two yet.  But I will!  I have a LOT of Hammer to watch right now, though.  And some more that hasn't arrived just yet!

Neither the Sea nor the Sand (1972)

Zombie Holocaust (1980)

Doctor Butcher M.D. (1982)

I prefer the original Zombie Holocaust to Terry Levene's "Americanized" version called Doctor Butcher M.D.. For me the best thing about the Doctor Butcher version is the behind-the-scenes history of the ballyhoo, and Horror/Exploitation film distribution and changes that were made by distributors/producers to make the films more marketable for U.S. audiences (they thought). The 2016 Severin Films Blu-ray release has a wealth of special features covering this and focuses on N.Y.C.'s 42nd Street in the '70s and '80s before the sleaze was cleaned up. Severin also gave you a swell Doctor Butcher barf bag. I don't think I would have actually gone to that cesspool but it sure is fun to see interviews and documentaries about it in the safety of one's own living room. ;)

Is that available online, or can you only get it in the Tigon box set?

I have it on the Severin Blu-ray of The Beast in the Cellar from 2019, but I believe it was done by Blue Underground and showed up first on a DVD set from 2005 called The Tigon Collection. I checked and couldn't find it on YT or anywhere else online. It's only 25 minutes and is a collection of interviews with Tony Tenser and others. It's pretty good if you're a fan of UK Horror.

Definitely a fan and I intend getting into the Tigon films as soon as I'm done with the Hammer and Amicus collections.  :)
