I went to see Godzilla X Kong.  It's not bad.  The movie improves as it goes along.  I wore a Godzilla hoodie and showed pics of my Godzilla collection to the theater employees.  They were impressed and gave me a free root beer.

My local Walmarts have been cleaning out Toony Terrors for $5 a pop, so I got the clean versions of Ash & Michael Myers, and the Male Alien from They Live.  Also found a Betelgeuse elsewhere and nabbed him since he's starting to dry up.  Not having luck with new stuff.  I'll have to look elsewhere.

More Toony Terrors added this week.  Found a regular Leatherface, and got a Pennywise v2 on the cheap from Wal-Mart.

I also ordered myself the new Fantaco edition of the Creature from the Black Lagoon Film Novelization.  Looking forward to that.

I lucked out on a Ghostface and Tim Curry Pennywise for my daughter this weekend. Good to know that the clearance is spread out to other stores, I'll have to hit the road and see if I can find more.

I have the same problem, but not the same solution.

My latest gets are a tin King Kong sign and a Remco large Mummy figure. The arm movement is not working because the button isn't connected but the glowing head and hands make up for it. I only spent $13 for the pair.

Did you raise the arms so that they're pointing out in front of him? That's the only way to engage the button. Typically these stop working because the plastic band that runs down the arms has broken, not a push-button failure. Of course, that's 44 year old plastic. Great buy for the price, regardless!
