I'm still debating with myself - do I cut off those annoying cardboard hang-tags, or leave them.  I really hate them, and some are bent / creased on the boxes.  I open the boxes, take the figures out from time to time, so they aren't being kept "mint in the box" for later resale.  And when I'm gone (we don't live forever) my family would likely either trash them or sell them, but, not being mint, they wouldn't get much for them.

They'd be easier to store without those tags.

Neca packs poorly.

And their customer 'service' is downright nasty. While I like everyone I've ever met who works there, even they knew their shipping is sub-par and the communication with the customers just wildly unacceptable. I've NEVER had worse interaction around an order, and or was $100 specialty item. Arrived mangled and they refused to accept any responsibility, even though their shoddy packaging and box was the majority to blame. They wouldn't even file with the carrier. If I don't HAVE to order from them to get what I want, there's no way in hell I will. Luckily, the glow Creature, Phantom, and Drac came through fine. I worry about the Monsterizer and honestly considered getting it from a pal in Europe. That's how terrible NECA's customer screw - uh, service has been for me.

My Burger King style Creature arrived the other day. Looks good for the most part, but one of the hands is pretty loose. Anyone know of tips to tighten it up?

Thanks for the tip! I think I bought directly from them, once. Must have been undamaged, else I would remember.

A common trick in the world of loose action figure joints is a liquid acrylic floor polish.  Up till a few years ago, the standard was Pledge Future/Revive floor polish.  That was discontinued about a year ago.  A cursory search suggests that this Quick Shine is it's successor.  It's available at Walmart for $7 a bottle, the same price point as Pledge was.  You'll probably never use the full bottle in your lifetime - I still have my Pledge basically full from 2017.

Place a few drops into the loose joint, or dab it in with a Q-tip, and work the joint around.  Let it dry overnight, occasionally working the joint so that it doesn't dry stiff.

Since it's a liquid plastic, as it dries, you're basically adding a layer back to the joint.  If the joint is still loose, you can repeat the application.

Stay sick. Turn blue. Drop dead.

I was able to order the Frankenstein and chair figure.  Sure hope that one doesn't come with a cardboard hang tag.

Packaging from their Facebook tells a sad tale for us regarding the (almost sure to arrive mangled) idiotic hanger tag, made of pulp, lol. Also....photograph vs. a lobby card or poster. This is one that breaks up the aesthetic of set imho. Far more than using Daniel Horne's art for Nosferatu instead of a poster. I ordered it. They got me to part with my money. Not sure how I feel about it though. :-\

It's not like there are no posters with the monster in the chair.

And it's not like you can't fit the box dimensions.

I ponder both myself. Especially the cardboard hang tag. For an ITEM THAT'S GOT TO BE FAIRLY HEAVY. Given the chair, it isn't even practical to hang on a peg, and cardboard ain't gonna support it. It barely holds the figures themselves. Seen oodles of them ripped to hades. As for the photo....was Daniel Horne unavailable? His art would've been neater than just a b/w still from the flick in my opinion.

Didn't I share a pic of at least the box front, closed, with the hang tag clearly visible last August?

Don't know why it's a surprise, since all of the other boxes have them.
