The Vampire Doll tonight.

Opened my recently purchased Bloodthirsty Trilogy set and got the first one in.

Solid old dark house vibes.  Solid creepy visuals.  Not very long, but it does it's thing and wraps it up..  I liked it.  Looking forward to the others, which aren't really related by anything other than the Japanese titles all having the word Bloodthirsty in them, but should be fun anyway.

Great choice! I absolutely love the Toho Bloodthirsty trilogy. Three of my fav vampire flicks

I've been on an old Japanese movie kick lately.  We got a few Kurosawa movies to watch, and I got Onibaba, Kwaidan and the Bloodthirsty set.  I'm probably gonna hunt more down in the near future.

I enjoyed as it was an attempt to do something a bit different with the usual Dracula tale, he is used sparingly but casts a long shadow over the story..well-done!

Lake of Dracula the other night.  Part 2 of the Bloodthirsty Trilogy and easily the dumbest title of the 3.  This one had a proper vampire in it though.  Turning people into thralls and stuff.  And a very fancy coffin.  I liked it.  I think I like Vampire Doll better though.
