Very strange.  If I log into Super7 it says my metaluna mutant is fulfilled with shipping info and dd's ate shipped, but my Universal Monsters part of my order is fulfilled with no date or shipping info.  I'm hoping that they just haven't printed the shipping label. But I still wonder why they're shipping them separately only a day or 2 apart

If the Mutant was part of the same order then  they are probably all in the same box.  Must have mistakenly only marked your mutant shipped.

For what it's worth, it shows my Metaluna Mutant as having shipped too, but not the other ones. I got one of each.

I'm hoping it's just a clerical issue.  They printed the shipping label for my Mutant, but it hasn't actually shipped yet.  We shall see.

Super 7 must have changed how they ship orders out - they used to take 2-3 days to get to me - This order is taking its dear sweet time - now due in Friday (it's currently Tuesday).  And I'm still not sure if it is only the Metaluna Mutant Soapie or that one plus the 6 Universal Monsters.

Got my Color Frankenstein Soapie yesterday.  It wasn't double bagged like the others, but it came in a box big enough for 3 or 4 of them.

I've never had any condition problems with what little I've brought from them.

I got mine today and the shipment had all of them, even though the original email I got only said the Metaluna Mutant was shipped.

Got my color MM today. No damage, all is well!

Got all my color Soapies today. 

I noticed the box was dented, the tape across the top was split, and the box felt wet at the dent.  All intact except the Invisible man felt light as a feather.  Sure enough, the shrink wrap on him looked a bit misty inside, and the cardboard holder on the feet is stained, so he leaked. 
I'll take photos and let super7 know, but they likely won't do anything. 
I'll decide if I want him replaced or not.

They'll ask you to send it back before offering a replacement or give you a frw bucks back.

Ive had a glow leak in shipping.   There are not sealed. Its just a thin gasket like from a vintamin jar.  Sometimes they get messed up when the heads are screwed on.   Really wish they were shipped empty.

Also the way the necks are, its a pain to drain them.   Its like an inververted cup to guide the wand.

Can't you send them a picture of the slimy leaker balanced on something that proves it is empty?  That should satisfy them that you aren't just trying to get a freebie.
