Wasn't there some question regarding the rights with the Metaluna Mutant and Universal? I remember it was originally part of the Super7 Reaction line of Universal Monsters but then was taken off the packaging. Wasn't sure what all happened with that though, so I could be way off.

Yes, and, so far as I know, we still don't really know what's happening.  We heard it was removed from the official Universal line-up, because of a wardrobe dispute...  Then there was some other pertinent information I'm forgetting...  But then S7 re-released the figure without mention of Universal.  So...  it's kind of weird.

As an experiment, I preordered Dracula and the Invisible Man from both BBTS and Entertainment Earth. I've been buying two of each figure and keeping one in box and opening the other. I want to see from which site will ship first, BBTS says November and EE says January.  Both will probably be shipped later than expected though...

They are very collector friendly.  Some tape and ties.  Can easily be put back.    I threw my Jada boxes out, but I think they  were easy  in/out as well.


Im curious how the accesory packs will come.  Hopefully no parts under bubbles.

I ordered mine from amok time. Should be here tomorrow, but shipped it to my work address and we are closed on Sat. So I will get it on monday. Should have waited for BBTS to get theirs, amok time's shipping price was ridiculous. But the child in me said no, you need it now lol.

I got a Remco card Glow Mummy yesterday.  The backer card is THICK cardboard.  I was impressed.  Seems like they actually want it to stay in decent shape.  It's a lovely thing.  I'm gonna keep the glow ones on card for sure.  They also had the black and white mummy, which was the first I'd seen of him.  Beautiful releases, as usual.  This line continues to deliver.
