Monsters For Sale

Deadgirl, 2008 - High school romp about young guys wanting to lose their virginity.  They encounter a girl in the basement of a long abandoned psychiatric hospital and bring her into their social circle, with wacky consequences.

I probably would not recommend this one for your more sensitive pre-schoolers due to language.

I really like this film.

I really like this film. [Deadgirl]

It takes the whole genre and turns it on its head.  And the girl is still out there - somewhere.

Topper's Christmas Carol (1953)

I used to watch Topper on TV.  I would have been 7 when that aired.  I missed this episode.  Just watched it on YouTube.

In 1953, those icicles they were putting on the tree were real lead.  They worked great, unless they got squeezed together - like when the package got sat on or stepped on.
