The Red Death 30

I have been watching eBay for this Creech bobblehead bank for probably 5 years now.  Don't even know who manufactured and when it was made.  I saw it in a pic of a collection on this site once upon a time (Creature Comforts thread I believe, that crap is my bible for what's out there) and FINALLY grabbed one.  I am super excited.  Unfortunately  all I know how to use to post is Flickr.

It's a beauty! Congrats!

Those were prizes from the 2002 Virginia State Lottery. The  grand prize was a home ent. center. 200+ second place prizes include the 8 DVD collection of the main UMs, a collection of 6 bobbleheads, a monster mug set and H&H monster t-shirts.

The bobbleheads included Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein, Wolfman, Dracula, The Mummy, and Creature from the Black Lagoon.

A gift from an old friend. A red light inside the helmet still works.
At the age of 72 he is still buying all kinds of stuff every week from Entertainment Earth.
I want to visit his HUGE Star Trek collection house, 'collects only the original series and Next Gen.

Also found out this morning an old friend is now living in a small town.
Perhaps some of you know of this town, which would be a great B movie location.

Oops! I guess we just mostly put toys and a few odds and ends, like pins and iron-ons, etc. here in the UMA archives. If you want to see posters, books, magazine covers, trading cards, model kits, masks, etc., you'll have to join the old Creature Yahoo group.

Scott - it's 2 of the several strange sculptures in Bombay Beach, CA.  It used to be a place where movie stars would visit to waterski and party on the beach. But fights over water rights destroyed much of the town's economy. 'Looks like a GREAT location for a B-movie cult horror film to be made. Anyway, the town still has some residents which live right alongside empty destroyed homes and cars.
This photo of their drive-inn makes it look like everyone watched a movie, then turned into a zombie and left their cars behind. LOOK at the size of that big movie screen!.   8)  :o

Looks like one of those portable screens on the side of a truck trailer.

Those would be six great months of an Ed Repka/Universal Monsters calendar!
