This one is listed as 4" tall-- might work.

That's what I thought! I actually have a friend who owns this one and she says it's not wide enough, though. 😬

The Burger King one might work, as well, for this size figure. Below is my customized version. BTW, when I was at San Diego last week, I suggested to the Super 7 store manager to add a sarcophagus accessory (and playset) for the Mummy figure (not to mention a new & improved Monsterizer, with lights and sound!).

That's the one I had planned to use originally... but that big "THE MUMMY" logo just kills the design, for me. It's neat as a kids meal toy but just doesn't fit what I have in my head. That said, it's still a really fun toy.

I really hope they'll continue making Universal Monsters stuff. Maybe a few small playsets, include a monster and a supplemental character, a cardboard backdrop and a big accessory. Like Dracula, Renfield, a coffin and the backdrop of the catacombs in Carfax Abbey.

I may have to go that route, thank you!

Always a problem with these because they are not made to be toys so they are always to thin.

You mean Jack in the Box.   ;)

The sad thing is now neither BK nor JIB do any toys.  So sad.

Sorry, you're right. I was thinking that that one came from the first BK series (old age is catching up with me). Matt, if you were really ambitious, you could Dremel off the Mummy logo, putty it over and repaint it; to make it look better. Personally, I kind of like the logo on the case, it reminds me of the nameplates on the old Aurora models; and I like the fact that it (like the Super 7 figures) is not trying to be anything else but a toy.

Series 3 is all but officially announced, as the artist is already working on a new series of portraits.  There was also an article that ran sometime back talking about Series 3.  No characters were mentioned, but I'd be down for an Ygor from your list.  A few of us have already offered suggestions for other characters here on earlier pages.

I know it probably won't happen, but I would love Super 7 to throw us a curve ball with a ReAction Mr. Hyde from Abbot and Costello, since DST made one in their Universal roster a couple years back.  Also I really want an Ygor!

And I wonder if they could do a White Zombie figure since its public domain like Nosferatu. Might have to go through the Lugosi lawyers first...

I would love a Karloff Mr. Hyde in this line! Anything Universal did would be terrific, the more the merrier!

I really like that aesthetic of it too... but on a kids meal-type toy. For my 3 3/4 Mummy I'd just prefer a less gimmicky/advertised look. It doesn't even have to be movie-authentic If I had a dreamer then I'd absolutely try to sand it off but without one, I don't want to ruin a toy and my money trying with regular sandpaper. Had mixed results with projects like that before.

On a side-note, I remember wishing there was a Jack-In-The-Box nearby when those came out because getting the Burger King ones was such a treat.

Below is another option. This sarcophagus actually came from a Taco Bell Happy Meal. I kept it in a drawer for many years because it was flat yellow and I thought it looked too "cartoony", but I really like how it turned out once I antiqued it.

Nice paint job! Is that the Target Mummy? How did you get him to stand up?

Cool, thanks. You might also consider the Playmobil sarcophagus.
