                                               Dick Miller

He was 90

With a six decade career, it seems like he was in everything.  I think Joe Dante tried to put him in all of his films.

Sad to see him go.

Oh man. Loved him. 90 is a good run, but sad to see another of our favorites go.

I think solid "character" actors are to films as onions are to stew:

They may not be the main attraction, but it is hard to imagine an altogether satisfying outcome without them.

R.I.P., to a Legend. Dick Miller was an underrated actor. In my opinion.

This one hurts.

When I read the news last night, I must be honest with you. I was devastated. Yes, he was 90. But I had just seen the pictures of his birthday party back in December. Dick Miller was still here!

He's been one of my favorite actors ever since I started watching all of these crazy movies that we love. I'll never forget seeing Bucket of Blood for the first time and just becoming hooked on his character and his great acting chops. I could never figure out why he didn't get star billing in more movies because I truly believe he was a great actor.

Rest in peace, Dick Miller. Thank you for all of the joy you have brought us Monster Kids. I'll never forget you.

I keep picturing the feisty little tough guy, out-of-work actor that he played in "Matinee".

So bummed but glad he had a long and great career.  He gave his all in every movie he was in, even the cheapo ones (well most of em were cheapo). Got to meet him and get his autograph at Monsterpalooza about 2 years ago.  Very nice man.  Also anyone know where I can find the best quality DVD or BluRay for BUCKET OF BLOOD?
