That's really cool!

          1.  How tall is he?

          2.  Who made him?

          3.  What other characters did the company make?

There is only three in the line to include Batman, Joker and Harley Quinn.

DC Direct Gallery produced these around 2003.  The Joker Marionette, in a numbered, limited-edition of 777! The Joker Marionette, based on the Golden Age version of the character, features hand-painted, cold-cast porcelain hands, feet and head, with meticulously detailed craftsmanship that shows in the Joker's smile.

The Joker stands 18" tall and is dressed in his famous tailored 3-piece suit, including pleated pants, a satin-lined coat, suspenders, buttons and cufflinks! Features a Bat-shaped hand control with eight removable strings, an adjustable black enamel metal stand and a small hang-tag booklet outlining instructions for use.

I picked him up for 149 shipped last year. The prices for these are all over the place depending on when you check ebay.

I was looking on eBay.  Most sellers want $300 to $350 for them.  There is a new listing at $75 - but no bids, yet.

Too bad DC Direct didn't make any Classic Universal Monsters, too.

I finally ventured out to a local comic shop last week and surprisingly found this guy tacked up on a wall for $25. Didn't take me long to say "I'll take it!"

I bet it does! My toy room is still being re-arranged so he'll have a home soon. It's funny, I never knew this version existed. I remember only seeing the version with Kay. When I noticed the difference in person I was sold.

Awesome!

Yeah, this one has lots more articulation. The one with Kay is practically a statue.

The Mummy figure by Diamond Select

I picked up the Diamond Select Mummy off of Amazon back a few months ago. Since Photobucket has revolted on us I thought I would help out by uploading pics to the forum. Anyways I took some photos in grayscale on my phone. The figure itself is bulky and quite heavy. The art design on the package looks absolutely phenomenal. Yeah...I know.. I opened the figure...but hey ..you gotta let em out of the box.

Jean St. Jean is the sculpter for this figure and does the lions share of the sculpting for the Diamond Select line. Jean st Jean has done several amazing Statues in the Marvel Milestone DST line to include the Tomb of Dracula statue (a masterpiece).  If you don't have this piece in your collection... run...don't walk to your computer and order him now.

I paid 17.00 USD for this piece but the prices fluctuate online.

This piece is easily a 5/5

Outstanding photography! I almost never take figures out of the packaging. I have this Mummy and the packing on mine is absolute mint condition. No creases, dents, perfect corners which is really rare.
