They have 2 stores that are open all year long - plus seasonal stores that pop up this time every year:

Not really an "Attraction", but they are a permanent place to visit Halloween year 'round.

The nearby superstore closed down some time ago but I'm happy to report
that one of our local malls still hosts a Halloween Club, the last one
remaining in Southern California and it's still open year round >

... but what's more fun than gazing at a solid wall of Halloween masks in October?

But I didn't see any Frankenstein items in those picture - unless that is a Frank face in the first photo, just below the purple bird up at the top (can't tell.)
