Received a few things from Amazon today including a bag of the Aliens figures. These pics are off the Amazon website. I have no idea why they don't have a pic of the header card and bag. They look pretty good.



I try to buy anything Monster/Dino Playset related as long as it doesn't really suck. I also picked up this Big Bucket Of Zombies to go with my Big Bucket Of Monsters. The Zombies tube is a bit shorter and the figures have smaller bases than some of the monsters. The zombies still look okay in a cartoonish stylized way. The label in the tube isn't bad either.



We don't get much monster playset stuff anymore so I'm glad for anything. Too bad the UniMonkeys are so hard to deal with and that UniMon Monster Playset Figure Bagged Set never materialized.

Got one of these older World Candies boxes. I know these came out sometime between the original "Candy Cigarettes" boxes and whenever the more common ones (green Creature) came out ('80s?, '90s?). Anybody got any more accurate info than that?

Yeah, they're both from SCS Direct. There are still plenty of Zombie Buckets, but it looks like the Monsters have dried up. There are no Big Bucket Of Monsters on Amazon, and there was only one listing on evilBay for 47 bucks. Maybe they got the attention of the UniMonkeys and it was C&D time.

I actually ordered an extra BBOM a few days ago for like $22 and there were scads of 'em on eBay then. I matched up both of my BBOM and put the 100 figures I'm keeping for myself in my best container in even numbered groups for a balanced set. I'm selling off the extras over time in sets on eBay. If I had ordered the extra BBOM earlier I could have sent Mike Scott a couple of Creatures, but at that time I just had the one Bucket with 100 figures and I didn't want to break them up. Sorry, Mike, but I'm glad you got your Creatures from elsewhere alright.

The Zombie Bucket is okay, but the Big Bucket Of Monsters is by far the coolest.
