Pretty cool to see the group together. I still think it's curious to have two Flash characters. My understanding is that WB told Arrow and Flash to lay off characters that will be featured in cinematic universe. Deadshot is an example. Arrow had to kill him off because the studio does not want to confuse audiences (Will Smith is playing Deadshot in Suicide squad movie).

So if that's the case, why is it fair for the cinematic universe to create its own Flash? Maybe Green Lantern would have been better for Justice League movie. Don't get me wrong, Flash is a great character, but I really enjoy the television character and used to Grant Gustin playing the role.

Why did they turn Aquaman into Triton?

Who's the guy next to Tri, er, Aquaman?

The twitter tag that someone at WB started is #UniteThe7.   That leaves one still to be revealed and rumor is GL.  The guy next to Aquaman is Cyborg, a former teen Titan who graduated to JLA a few years ago

Apparently his "new" look is based on a reboot of Aquaman that was previously done in comic form.

Cyborg is in between Aquaman and Batman.

Instead of building up to a Cinematic Universe through the...ummm, logical use of the cinema, D.C. has taken the option of releasing prequel comics to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Dr. Pepper has teamed up with DC and revealed their newest promotion for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice with a tie-in prequel comic. The first chapter of the prequel comic focuses on the return of the Batman. The panels not only reveal Bruce's reason to don the cowl again, but that some important people have taken notice of his return. The chapters will focus on each individual character from Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, Lois Lane, and Lex Luthor. The comic is written by Christos Gage and the art by Joe Bennet.

...it's established that Batman has gotten dark and more brutal since the events of Man of Steel,...

Wait what Batman are they talking about!??!  Isn't this is supposed to be a Batman that exists only in the world of Man of Steel, not a previously known cinematic universe so....I dunno, this all seems pretty half ass in my opinion.
