I did just view the Hammer Mummy remake last week, however.  My first Hammer film!

So, what did you think? Will you be watching a 2nd Hammer film? Here's a list of Hammer Horror for you.

I liked it quite a bit, actually.  I haven't seen the Universal Kharis stuff yet, but Lee is going to be a tough act to follow.  He was an unstoppable force.

I will certainly be watching more Hammer in the future.  I need to dive in to their Dracula films at some point.

Hammer was probably best known for their many vampire films. My favorites are Horror of Dracula, Brides of Dracula and Kiss of the Vampire.

Last night I enjoyed a double feature, consisting of:

NIGHT MONSTER, this was the 2nd time I've seen this since childhood, commemorating the first time I saw Lugosi on the screen.

MAN MADE MONSTER, my first viewing, an outstanding B pic!!

Can't disagree with that. I just watched "The Mad Ghoul" and "House of Horrors" from the TCM Universal set. I really love the non-monster Universal horror films, too.

I agree Lundy, both excellent films. The "Universal Horror: Classic Movie Archive" is a nice dvd set.
