I mean, at the end of the original TCM, there are 4 members of the Sawyer family, now there's a dozen of them?  Where the hell did they come from?  And what about TCM 2?  Does that not exist now?  Way to go guys...  At least the leading lady is really, really cute, with a bangin' body.

I suppose the theory/story is that the rest of the Sawyers were close by but did not live in the same house.  They were called and came over to defend (quite badly) the homestead.

Correct, this film skips over all previous sequels like they never happened.

The age issue still bugs me!  I just don't understand why they didn't set this in the correct period to match the girls proper age....or cast an older actress!

How was the film?

It was ok.  I rated it 3/5 stars on Netflix.  I thought the first one was overhyped.  This one at least had a better ending (without spoiler it, I thought everything came together better in this).   The zombie story was a nice new twist (seeing the events through the zombie's eyes) but most of the stories in this, and the first, seem to be weird for the sake of being weird.  If you saw the first one, this one is at least worth watching.

The Pit And The Pendulum (1961)

One of the best horror movies in history. Probably Corman's best flick. Some snooty critics claimed that Vincent Price hammed it up but I disagree. I think his performance was riveting. Great atmosphere, great screenplay, great acting (well, Kerr was alright). All this and Barbara Steele.

ALWAYS MONSTERING...
